Iets over mij,

Ik ben een DJ sinds 1991, het begon allemaal in een club genaamd Hitpoint in Utrecht.
Dit was een club waar elektronische muziek werd gedraaid, dit was nieuw voor mij en

1 ding was zeker, het sprak me aan. Ik deed daar diverse werkzaamheden, zoals bardiensten en

licht controle…Dat was een aangename bezigheid, je stond naast de verschillende DJ's en het was

interessant om die dj's te zien draaien met elk hun eigen stijl van mixen en platenkeuze

Niet lang daarna werd Hitpoint omgevormd tot een Mellow club genaamd Shiva. Hier begon mijn

carrière als DJ en D3FF was geboren. Op dat moment werd ik ook bekend als D3FF en ik werd gevraagd om te draaien in diverse clubs in Utrecht en omgeving. Clubs als de Shiva, Sammy's, Tivoli, Grote en Kleine Catacombe, Axel, Pallazo, Alcatraz, Chipolata waren een beetje mijn vaste locaties waar ik achter de draaitafels te vinden was. Daarnaast gaf ik ook mijn eigen kleine feestjes en afterparty's die werden georganiseerd in 1995-1998. Deze organisiatie heette de "LauwerPsycoNauts" Van 2013 tot 2023 doe ik werkzaamheden voor festival organisatie The Zoo, deze geeft de bekende festivals in en om Utrecht te denken aan Sneeuwbal, Lentekriebels, Zomerkriebels, HRFST, Geheime Liefde en Lief festival, vast draaide ik voor Geheime Liefde en deed werkzaamheden als Stagemanager of Artiesten begeleiding. Ook heb ik gedraaid voor 010Classics(Rotterdam) en de festivals van The Promised Land en Full Moon Party. Nu in 2021 ik ben nog steeds actief als DJ, ik ben een vaste DJ van #Wappienation, wij geven met grote regelmaat feesten in Amsterdam bij 't Landje(WappieLand) in Westpoort, voor deze organisatie draai ik voornamelijk Techno. Tevens deel ik mijn DJ-sets voor het internet-publiek via verschillende DJ-sites(HouseMixes / MixCloud) ik maak ook nog DJsets voor online Radiostations (XT3 / D-Fusion en HiTec) die regelmatig in de playlist staan van deze stations.

Mijn stijlen zijn: House, Classics, Oldskool, Mellow, Deephouse, Down-Tempo, Minimal, Techno, Hard Techno, Tech en Techouse.

Something about me, I've been a DJ since 1991, it all started in a club called Hitpoint in Utrecht. This was a club where electronic music was played, this was new to me and One thing was for sure, it appealed to me. This is where my . started career as a DJ and D3FF was born. At that time I also became known as D3FF and I was asked to play in various clubs in Utrecht and the surrounding area. Clubs like the Shiva, Sammy's, Tivoli, Big and Little Catacombe, Axel, Pallazo, Alcatraz, Chipolata were kind of my regular locations where I could be found behind the turntables. In addition, I also gave my own small parties and after-parties, which were organized in 1995-1998. This organization was called the "LauwerPsycoNauts" From 2013 to 2023 I working for The Zoo organisation, which give the well-known festivals in and around Utrecht, such as Snowball, Lentekriebels, Zomerkriebels, HRFST, Geheime Liefde and Lief festival. At Geheime Liefde i do my DJ performance, work as a stage manager or artist guidance. I also played for 010Classics(Rotterdam) and the festivals of The Promised Land and Full Moon Party. Now in 2021 I am still active as a DJ, I am a regular DJ of #Wappienation, we regularly throw parties in Amsterdam at 't Landje(WappieLand) in Westpoort, for this organization I mainly play Techno. I also share my DJ sets for the internet audience by various DJ sites (HouseMixes / MixCloud), and play / create sets for online Radio stations (XT3 / D-Fusion and HiTec) they play my sets out of the playlist.
